RIDGEFIELD—Nod Hill Brewery will celebrate its grand opening this Saturday with craft beer offerings and barbecue selections from Hoodoo Brown Barbecue.

The new brewery, located on Route 7, will serve seven different beers in full pours, flights and to-go growlers from 12 to 9 p.m. There will also be a gravity cask, a coffee porter, and on-site dining offered by by Ridgefield’s Hoodoo Brown from 1 to 6 p.m.

“It has been well over a year in the making for us, so we are beyond thrilled to finally open our doors and see our dream come to fruition,” said co-owner David Kaye in a release.

Nod Hill will also be open from 12 to 5 p.m. on Sunday.

Following the opening weekend, regular hours will be 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, 12 to 8 p.m. Friday, 12 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 12 to 5 p.m. Sunday. More information can be found on the website.
