Just in time for holiday shopping and travel reservations, Consumer Reports has released a list of companies that are "naughty" or "nice"
in how they treat customers, at least when it comes to one specific policy. The list includes retailers, supermarkets, service businesses and airlines. We'll begin with the "nice" and retailer Red Wing Shoes
. The Work Boot maker promises to exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days if "you are not satisfied with the comfort of your Red Wing footwear for whatever reason ... no questions asked."
