Malloy says he'll extend the "Husky Weekend" through Tuesday if either team makes it to the championship.While not an executive order, Malloy asked that "all citizens show your 
Husky pride and wish our teams well by wearing your favorite UConn 
Huskies gear, flying the UConn flag outside your home, displaying a sign

    Gov. Malloy has proclaimed this weekend is "Husky Weekend" in celebration of both the men's and women's UConn basketball teams playing in the NCAA semifinals. Malloy says he'll extend the "Husky Weekend" through Tuesday if either team makes it to the championship.

    While not an executive order, Malloy asked that "all citizens show your Husky pride and wish our teams well by wearing your favorite UConn Huskies gear, flying the UConn flag outside your home, displaying a sign in your windows or front yard and wearing blue and white."
