Food trucks and food pics are both trendy on their own–but we took a look at them together.

We scoured Instagram to see which southwestern Connecticut food trucks get the most location tags, and the winner is Eggz Food Truck at Holbrook Farm in Bethel.

Matt Stanczak, former owner of Danbury's popular Stanziato's, launched the mobile farm fresh kitchen Eggz. It focuses on egg sandwiches and other farm-fresh offerings and vegetables, according to CT Bites.

It's normal to drive 45 minutes for egg sammies, right? @eggzkitchen

It seems like breakfast trucks seem to be most on trend. The Brunch Box and the Tasty Yolk also get a lot of love in Instagram.

The Tasty Yolk recently won Connecticut Magazine's 2017 Reader's Choice award for best food truck, and Yelp reviewers would agree. With a 4.5 star ratings, the famed gourmet truck is on Yelp's list of best Lower Fairfield food trucks.

"The people are really looking for the local experience where they know the guy cooking the food," said Michael Bertanza, co-owner of The Tasty Yolk told Hearst in March.

His breakfast burritos and egg, steak and cheese sandwiches range from $4 to $6. "They are actually getting to know their chef. They feel like they're at the cutting edge of something new, that they've found something great that no one knows about."
