Darien RTC seeking to fill vacancy

The Darien Republican Town Committee is accepting applications to fill a vacancy created recently by the resignation of Dick DiDonna.

DiDonna, a former RTC vice chair, has been chosen to fill a vacancy on the Planning & Zoning Commission.

To be a member of the RTC, an individual has to be a registered Republican in Darien. The RTC recruits and recommends Republicans for town boards, commissions and other offices; raises funds for local, state and federal campaigns; and provides support for the Darien Republican Party. The committee meets monthly and members serve two-year terms.
