Relatively mild winter conditions continue today in southwestern Connecticut, with temperatures rising to a daytime high in the mid-40s under sunny skies.

But, the National Weather Service says, there is a chance of rain and snow showers late tonight and early tomorrow, before gradually clearing toward daybreak. The temperature will fall to a low around 29 degrees, with a west wind between 13 and 16 mph, gusting as high as 26 mph.

Tomorrow will be mostly sunny, with a high temperature in the low-40s and a west wind between 13 and 16 mph. Overnight, there is a slight chance of snow under cloudy skies and temperatures falling to about 30 degrees.

Tuesday should be partly sunny, with a high near 52 degrees. There is a slight chance of rain overnight with a low temperature in the upper-30s.

On Wednesday, the weather service predicts there is a chance of showers and temperatures should crest in the low-50s.
