Skies in southwestern Connecticut today will be mostly sunny, according to the National Weather Service.

The daytime high temperature will be in the mid-80s, with a west wind 5 to 11 mph.

Tonight will be mostly clear, with a low temperature about 65 degrees and a light west wind.

Friday will see increasing clouds, with a high temperature in the upper-80s. There is a chance of showers and thunderstorms tomorrow night as temperatures dip to the mid-60s.

On Saturday, there remains a chance of showers and thunderstorms, while skies are mostly cloudy with a high temperature of about 80 degrees. Clouds prevail overnight as well, with a chance of showers and thunderstorms and a low temperature in the mid-60s.

Sunday also could see showers and thunderstorms after noon. Otherwise, skies will be partly sunny, with a high temperature near 80 degrees. Nighttime skies will be mostly cloudy, with a low temperature in the low-60s.

The outlook for Monday, the weather service predicts, is partly sunny and temperatures in the upper-70s.
