Scattered showers are in this afternoon's forecast for southwestern Connecticut, according to the National Weather Service.

Precipitation is most likely after 4 p.m., the NWS says, as the day is expected to be gray with a high temperature in the mid-50s. There will be a north wind between 3 and 10 mph.

Tonight may also have scattered showers, tapering off by about 10 p.m. The temperature will fall to a low in the upper-30s.

Tomorrow could also see scattered showers, mainly between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., with cloudy skies and a high temperature in the upper-50s. There will be a north wind between 14 and 16 mph, the NWS says. Nighttime will be mostly cloudy and a low in the upper-30s.

On Friday, skies will be sunny, with a high temperature near 60 degrees. Skies should be mostly clear overnight, with a low temperature around 45 degrees.

The outlook for Saturday, according to the weather service, is mostly sunny with a high temperature in the mid-60s.
