Clouds and early-morning rain should clear from southwestern Connecticut later today, but the temperature is not expected to be as warm as yesterday.
The National Weather Service says that as skies turn sunny, the daytime high temperature will be in the upper-40s, with a northwest wind 6 to 11 mph, with gusts as high as 23 mph. Chance of morning precipitation is 60 percent, the NWS says.
Tonight will be mostly clear, with a low temperature in the upper-20s and a northwest wind around 5 mph.
Tomorrow will be sunny, with a high temperature in the mid-40s. Nighttime will be mostly clear, with a low temperature about 30 degrees.
Thursday also is expected to be sunny, with a high temperature about 45 degrees. It also should be clear Thursday night, with a low around 30 degrees.
On Friday, skies will be clear and the temperature will rise to the upper-40s. Nighttime will be clear as well, with a low temperature about 30 degrees.
The outlook for Saturday, according to the weather service, with mostly sunny skies and temperatures in the 40s.
