Today promises to be another sunny, warm day in southwestern Connecticut, according to the National Weather Service.

Skies will be clear and the temperature is expected to a daytime high in the mid-70s, with a north wind 6 to 9 mph, later becoming southeast.

Tonight, however, some clouds are expected to move in and the temperature will dip to a low in the mid-50s. There will be an east wind between 5 and 8 mph.

Tomorrow morning is expected to be partly cloudy through mid-morning, but skies are expected to gradually clear and temperatures rise to about 70 degrees. Nighttime will be mostly clear and the temperature will register a low in the mid-50s, the NWS says.

On Monday, the forecast calls for mostly sunny skies with a high temperature in the low-70s. Monday night will be partly cloudy and the low temperature will be in the low-60s.

The outlook for Tuesday, the weather service says, is partly sunny and temperatures in the upper-70s.
