Former CBS Channel 2 news anchor Rob Morrison walked out of state Superior Court in Stamford Thursday morning with a clean criminal record after a judge vacated the guilty pleas he entered last year for allegedly choking his wife in their Darien home.

Morrison has completed a 26-week program for those involved in family violence as a condition of having the second-degree threatening and breach of peace charges dropped.

Morrison is married to fellow television journalist Ashley Morrison and the couple has one young son.
