42 Delafield Island Road: Samuel G. Taylor to Reilly Builders LLC, $933,000.

89 Hollow Tree Ridge Road: Rafael Torres and Emily Record to Ryan P. and Mary S. McDonnell, $1,634,110.

446 Hollow Tree Ridge Road: Clifford L. and Kathryn VanVoorhees to Hollow Tree Property, LLC, $450,000.
