Metro-North alert: Service in/out of GCT suspended Sunday

All Metro-North Railroad service in and out of Grand Central Terminal has been suspended as of about 9:15 a.m. this morning (Sunday, May 6), railroad officials announced in an alert.

There was no immediate indication of how long the service disruption will last.

The service problems are blamed on "signal problems," according to railroad officials.
