DARIEN — Two cars were reported stolen and another two entered in the overnight hours leading into Nov. 17.

Around 7:25 a.m., police received their first report of a green 2000 Acura Integra stolen from a home on West Avenue. The owner said he left the car locked and in the driveway overnight and had the only key. Officers found no evidence of forced entry at the scene.

Around 9:50 a.m., police received a second report of a stolen car, this time a gray 2016 BMW X3 taken from a home on South Trail. The victim said the car was unlocked and she didn’t think the key was inside. However, she could not find the key to her BMW.

About an hour later around 10:50 a.m., police received a report of a car entered on Rebel Lane. The car had been left unlocked overnight and the contents were found strewn around the car. Nothing was taken. While searching the area, police found a second unlocked car had been entered.

All incidents are still under investigation.
