Ankle monitoring bracelet found in train station bathroom

Police recovered an ankle monitoring bracelet in the women's bathroom at the Darien train station July 7, according to police.
The bracelet, which had been cut, was found and reported just before 5 a.m., police said.
Police are waiting to hear from the Stamford Adult Probation program, which maintains the ankle monitoring systems, to determine to whom the bracelet belongs. There was no identification or name on the bracelet, police said.
