Argument breaks out at Dunkin' Donuts

Robert McDonald, 22, of 16 Appletree Lane, was charged with second-degree breach of peace after getting into an argument at Dunkin' Donuts Nov. 24.
Police responded to Dunkin' Donuts at 1:14 a.m. after receiving a complaint and found McDonald who appeared intoxicated and agitated. Officers asked him to step outside but after leaving the store, McDonald began yelling and was warned he would be arrested if he didn't calm down, police said. According to the report, he refused to calm down and was later released on a promise to appear. He was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 6.
