The Greenwich Garden Education Center will present the paintings of Weston artist Julie Leff Satinover in a one-woman show from Jan. 28 to Feb. 29.

The public is welcome and refreshments will be served. Satinover will show her large floral and selected portraits.

A graduate of Yale University, Satinover lived in New York, Los Angeles and London before settling in Weston in 1982 to raise her three daughters. She has studied art at Yale and the Silvermine Guild. She began painting professionally in 2001 and won her first art show, sponsored by the Weston Commission for the Arts, two years later. She has shown her work in numerous solo and group shows. Her artwork is held in private collections in the US, Europe and Asia and is exhibited at Yale University's Child Study Center.

An opening reception will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 28. The Greenwich Garden Center is located at 130 Bible Street, Cos Cob. For more information about the exhibit, call 203-869-9242.
