Attempted burglary discovered at Darien office building

An attempted burglary at an office building at 50 Old Kings Highway North was reported to police on Monday, Feb. 18.

The management had been notified of the break-in at around 10 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 17, by maintenance but chose to not report the incident until the following day because nothing appeared to have been taken. The time frame of the break-in is uncertain.

An exterior side door was pried open.
