UPDATE: According to the state's attorney, the case against Kevin Wandzilak was dismissed.
Kevin Wandzilak, 32, of Devonshire Road, Darien, was arrested April 11 on charges of violation of a protective order and second-degree threatening following an argument with his brother, according to police.
Police received a call at 8:14 p.m. from Wandzilak's mother who told police that her sons were arguing in their home.
Police said the brothers had an argument earlier in the evening and were called to the home but no arrests were made.
In both instances, Wandzilak was upset that his younger brother would not drive him from Stamford April 10.
While the brothers were on the front steps of their home, Wandzilak put his closed fists close to his brother's face and threatened to punch him. Wandzilak told police that he felt the situation was escalating and told his mother to contact the police.
Wandzilak was held in lieu of $50,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in court April 14.
Police said a partial protective order was issued against Wandzilak Feb. 11.
