University of Delaware

The following Darien students have been named to the University of Delaware Dean’s List for the fall 2015 semester: Caroline Palmer, Michael Palmer and Fernando Rodriguez-Barberet.

To meet eligibility requirements for the Dean’s List, a student must be enrolled full-time and earn a GPA of 3.33 or above (on a 4.0 scale) for the semester.

University of Hartford

The University of Hartford announced that Barrett Heyde of Darien was been named to its Dean’s List for Fall 2015.

University of Wisconsin-Madison

The University of Wisconsin-Madison has named the following Darien students to the Dean’s List for the fall semester of the 2015-2016 academic year: Amanda Percarpio, College of Letters and Science; and Tucker White, College of Engineering.

To be eligible for the Dean’s List, students must complete a minimum of 12 graded degree credits in that semester.

Denison University

Darien resident James Kerrere was among the 362 students named to Denison University’s 2015 fall semester dean’s list by Provost Kim Coplin.

“Denison students thrive as they learn new modes of thought and are challenged to see the world in complex ways by faculty who share their own personal enthusiasm for research and scholarship,” Coplin said. Students who achieve dean’s list status have maintained a grade point average of 3.7 or better (out of 4.0) for the semester.

Eastern Connecticut State University

Eastern Connecticut State University recently released its fall 2015 semester Dean’s List for full-time students, which included Darien resident Ashley Mailhot, class of 2019

Mailhot’s major is Pre-Elementary Education and Mathematics.

Hamilton College

Andrew J. Fletcher, son of Donna and James Fletcher of Darien, has been named to the Dean’s List at Hamilton College for the 2015 fall semester.

To be named to the Dean’s List, a student must have carried throughout the semester a course load of four or more graded credits with an average of 3.5 or above.

Fletcher is a junior majoring in chemistry and mathematics.
