An undercover investigation led to the arrest of Jonathan Liebowitz, 19, of Wilton and a female resident of Norwalk on Oct. 20, police said.

Liebowitz was charged with sale of marijuana and conspiracy to sell marijuana. He was also charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Officer set up surveillance outside a condominium complex where the female lived and observed Liebowitz and the female leave in his Hyundai Elantra around 2:40 p.m., police said.

Police pulled the vehicle over in the parking lot of McDonald's and both individuals were arrested police said.

Both posted $1,000 bonds and were scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 1.
