Darien High School junior Jackson McGoldrick will showcase his photography at an exhibit through November in the Gratia Gillespie Art Gallery at Atria Darien, 50 Ledge Road.

A reception will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8.

In addition to winning many local awards, McGoldrick was the youngest artist chosen to showcase his work at the multi-media art venue RAW in Brooklyn, N.Y. In May, he was picked to photograph the Reuth Runway Charity Fashion show in New York City.

His philosophy, he said, is that "everyone is an artist. They just need to find their medium."
