Today will be somewhat warmer than yesterday, but skies will turn cloudy in southwestern Connecticut, according to the National Weather Service.

The daytime high temperature is expected to be in the upper-40s, with a north wind between 5 and 11 mph.

Tonight will also be cloudy and the temperature will fall to a low of about 35 degrees. Overnight, there is a slight chance of light rain after 4 a.m.

Rain is in the tomorrow's forecast, with precipitation most likely after 2 p.m. The high temperature will be in the low-50s. Showers are also likely tomorrow night, with a low temperature in the mid-40s.

Thursday will be mostly sunny, the NWS says, with a high near 55 degrees. However, rain is likely overnight as clouds move in and the temperature falls to a low in the mid-30s.

On Friday, there is a chance of rain in the morning, primarily before 10 a.m. The rest of the day is likely to be cloudy as the high rises to about 47 degrees.

The outlook for Saturday, according to the weather service, is for possible rain and temperatures in the mid-40s.
