FontA 34-year-old Darien man was charged with driving under the influence Friday, Aug. 3.
According to the report, Nicholas Darcangelo, 39 Fitch Ave., was driving a 1993 Toyota Corolla on Post Road when an officer noticed it only had one functioning headlight. The officer pulled him over near the entrance of exit 13, I-95 southbound.
Police said Darcangelo failed field sobriety tests.
He posted a $250 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 14.
