FontRemil Mansourov, 44, of 137 Hollow Tree Ridge Road, was arrested on Sunday, Jan. 27, on a charge of violation of a protective order in connection with a domestic dispute.
He posted a $10,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in court on Monday, Jan. 28.
