Marc Devico, 48, of 7 Glenwood Drive was arrested Tuesday, May 7, and charged with violating a protective order.
The arrest stems from a complaint filed on April 2. By the time the police arrived on scene, Devico had left the area. Officers contacted his cell phone and told him to turn himself him, which he refused to do. Police applied for a warrant for his arrest.
Devico was arrested at the Stamford Superior Court, where he was appearing in response to a prior arrest, and charged with violation of a protective order. He was arraigned the same day.
It is unknown whether he was appearing in court for a prior Darien arrest or by another agency, according to Capt. Frederick Komm, police spokesman.
