Justin Miller, 18, of 326 Hollow Tree Ridge Road was arrested Nov. 28 for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

At 1:56 a.m. officers received a call that cones were blocking traffic lanes outside the high school, police said. While moving the cones, officers noticed a 2010 Audi A4 pull out from behind the high school, police said. While questioning the occupants of the vehicle, officers detected a strong odor of marijuana, police said.

Miller admitted there was marijuana in the glove compartment and a glass pipe in the center cup holder, police said. Neither Miller or the other occupant were charged in connection with the cone barricade, police said.

Miller was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 10.
