Henoc Zaragoza, 20, of Stamford was arrested Nov. 20 after he drove through a stop sign and almost hit a police car, police said.

Zaragoza gave the officer his brother's name and date of birth before giving his real identity, police said. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, interfering with an officer, criminal impersonation, no insurance, failure to obey a stop sign and operating without a license, police said. Zaragoza posted a $2,500 bond and has a court date of Nov. 30.
