Following is a schedule of coming events planned by the Darien Senior Program at the Mather Center, 2 Renshaw Road:

- Dec. 16, 10 a.m.: Sing-a-long with the Noroton Presbyterian Preschool. The children, in addition to joining seniors in seasonal songs, will bring holiday gifts to share.

- Dec. 16, noon: A complimentary lunch is planned, followed by a program on "Healthful Eating through the Holidays" sponsored by Stamford Hospital. Dietitian Gavin Pritchard will lead the program, outlining ways to enjoy holiday foods and beverages without abandoning an everyday approach to healthful eating. The nutrition program will start at 12:30 p.m.

- Dec. 19, 11 a.m.: "Ask a Banker." Jack Dowling of First County Bank will be available for 15-minute individual appointments to discuss personal finance issues and answer questions. Dowling is an assistant vice president and business development officer for First County Bank.

- Dec. 30, 12:30 p.m.: A performance is set by the Alumni Swing Band, a group that consists of music educators, military musicians and professional performers. The band's repertoire includes big band swing and jazz, as well as more contemporary selections. Lunch ($4 fee) will be served at noon.
