Several identify thefts have occurred in an isolated area on Leeds Lane during July, according to police.
One of the victims reported that a Bill Me Later account, similar to Pay Pal, had been opened in her name and that six eBay purchases were made totaling $1,200.16 by an unknown person in an unknown location.
However, two of the items -- an iPhone with its charger and a grey Carhartt T-shirt -- were sent to her home. The other purchased items are unknown.
Three other incidents were reported. In each incident -- on July 1, 20 and 26 -- an iPhone along with one other item were sent to the homes.
