Holmes hosts reading buddies

Every Wednesday afternoon at Holmes School, Mr. Bulkley's fifth grade class visits Miss Novotnik's kindergarten class to read with them. The reading buddies program started five years ago. It fosters responsibility and mentoring skills in fifth-graders, and the kindergarteners enjoy having older reading role models.
