Michael Bowman, 46, of 10 Five Mile River Road, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief after a car service complained that he punched out a window.
According to the report, the service drove Bowman home from a New York City bar at about 1:50 a.m. When he arrived near his residence, police said he punched the rear passenger window multiple times "without provocation," causing the window to dislodge from its frame. The vehicle is described as a Cadillac Escalade. He was released on a written promise to appear in court on May 7.
