Darien and state police stopped a maroon pickup truck on Interstate 95 late Tuesday morning in connection with a strong-arm robbery on Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk.
Darien Police Sgt. Jeremiah Marron said the truck was pulled over and the driver was in custody shortly before noon -- about 20 minutes after police broadcasted a "Be on the Lookout" broadcast for the vehicle.
Norwalk police officers were on scene questioning the suspect at about 12:15, Marron said.
No information was immediately available Tuesday morning on the suspect's name or charges, and it wasn't immediately clear what was taken or whether anyone was injured in the robbery.
