The second annual Speakers Luncheon to benefit STAR Inc., Lighting the Way April 3 at Woodway Country Club in Darien featured Norah O'Donnell, chief White House correspondent for CBS News and co-anchor of CBS This Morning.

O'Donnell's speech, titled "Work and Family: Achieving Balance and Leaving Time for Yourself," was moderated by Sharon Crowley, TV reporter and anchor for WNYW Fox5 News.

More than 200 people attended the luncheon, which raised more than $45,000 for STAR.

STAR Inc., Lighting the Way serves individuals of all ages who have intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as providing support services to their families in Darien, Norwalk, New Canaan, Wilton, Westport and Weston.
