Office burglaries reported

Two burglaries were reported at an office building at 484 Post Road Friday, April 20, at 6:41 a.m.

The burglaries took place sometime during the overnight hours, according to the report. The first burglary occurred at the Immediate Medical Care Center. Entry was gained by prying open the main entry door. Items were strewn about the office interior and a locked cabinet containing prescription medication was forced open.

According to police, it's not known what was removed from the cabinet. A cash box containing $13 was taken.

The second burglary took place at the office of Lindsey and Co. Entry was gained in the same manner. Various desks had been rummaged through; it is unknown if anything was taken.
