Fifth-grader Gwen Thompson designated Oct. 18 as "neon" free dress day, while the Foster sisters, Eloise, grade four, and Marguerite, grade two, proclaimed Nov. 8 as a "dress as your favorite book or movie character ... going to bed" day.
