Two houses were reported to be vandalized on Saturday, Jan. 19, according to police.
At 12:20 a.m., police responded to a home on Revere Road. Police said the resident heard a loud noise and later that morning, he is discovered that a rock had been thrown through a bedroom window. The rock was found on one of the beds, said police, who did not know an estimate of damage.
At 12:54 a.m., police responded to a home on Edgerton Street where the resident reported being awakened by his security alarm company upon activation of the system, according to the report.
Similar to the earlier occurrence, a rock was discovered to have been through the picture window in the living room, said police. The rock was found lying outside at the base of the window, which measured at 4-by-4 foot, police said, and the outer portion of the double-pane window was shattered.
