The Rowayton Gardeners and the Rowayton Historical Society joined talents and presented a National Garden Club Small Standard Flower Show at Pinkney Park's Seely-Dibble Pinkney House on Rowayton Avenue Saturday and Sunday. The theme for the show was "History Adorned."

The innovative arrangements were staged in a historical building accompanied by antiques from Pinkney House, The Tool Museum and Maritime Museum.

The two-day flower show featured blooming tulips, daffodils, hyacinths, crocuses, trees, shrubs and other plant materials in horticulture, and floral designs by Rowayton Gardeners members. Master Gardener June Klopfer was the Flower Show chairwoman.
