DARIEN — Police are investigating a theft out of Orange after several store reward cards and a AAA membership card were found in a parking lot in Darien.

On May 8 around 6 p.m., someone found the cards in the parking lot of the Parklands Drive office complex and alerted the police.

The cards belonged to a Milford resident who reported her purse had been stolen out of an office building in Orange earlier that day. The victim’s credit cards had already been used in Norwalk and online.

Earlier that day, between 5 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., the manager of the Parklands Drive office building said four suspicious subjects entered the building and visited two offices that were open for business. The subjects were described as three black men and a black woman, according to police.

Police in Darien, Norwalk and Orange have opened investigations into this matter.
