A Stamford man was charged May 2 with second-degree threatening and second-degree harassment after he answered a customer service survey and mailed it back.

According to the report, police received a complaint from Nissan Darien March 26. The complaint stated the company mailed a customer service survey to Donfritz Fleurant, 28, after he had work done on his vehicle Feb. 10. According to the report, Fleurant indicated he was very displeased with the service and proceeded to make threats against an individual employee as well as a general threat against the entire staff.

According to the report, Fleurant refused to cooperate with investigating officers, was transported to Darien from Greenwich police headquarters and was released on a written promise to appear in court May 14.
