Police received two reports of improper exposure Aug. 13 on Nearwater Lane.

The first incident occurred at approximately 7:50 p.m. A female resident was walking south on Nearwater Lane when a teenager on a skateboard, described as a 15-year-old white male with ear-length dark brown hair, rode passed her traveling in the same direction. Shortly after, he turned around and skateboarded toward her with "his penis out of his shorts," the report stated. The victim moved into the street to avoid him and later contacted the police.

Soon after, police received a report from a second female who said she observed the same subject skateboarding on Nearwater Lane in the area of Juniper Road. She described the subject as a white male, between 15 and 17 years old, 6 feet tall, wearing a royal blue shirt. The subject passed the jogger several times; each time he was "observed to be fondling himself while attempting to expose himself," according to the report.

Neither victim knew the identity of the subject, and police were unable to locate him during an extensive check of the area.
