Boy Scout Troop 35 will add two more Eagle Scouts to its honor roll Sunday, May 20, at 1:30 p.m. The event will take place at the Andrew Shaw Memorial Scout Cabin in Darien, at a special Eagle Court of Honor.

Tommy DiMauro and William Lochtefeld will join the 2 percent of Boy Scouts nationwide who attain scouting's highest honor, the Eagle.

The Scouts, adult leaders and parents committee invite former members and Eagle Scouts of Troop 35 and 53, Eagle Scouts of the community and friends and relatives of the Eagle candidates to the ceremony.

Both Tommy and William are juniors at Darien High School. Their Eagle Scout Leadership Projects helped the Darien and Norwalk Communities. Tommy's project involved redoing two rooms at the Norwalk Emergency Center. The center provides shelter to 40 homeless men and provides meals to the needy. William's project involved building shelving and poster racks to help organize the attic space at Person to Person.

Troop 35 is sponsored by the Andrew Shaw Memorial Trust and meets Monday evenings at the Scout Cabin at 140 West Avenue. For more information call 203-656-1830.
