Trumbull man cited for DWI, failure to appear

Marisol Dominguez , 42, of 8 South Edgewood, Trumbull, was arrested on Sunday, March 3, on charges of driving while intoxicated, operating with a suspended license, operating with a suspended registration and passing on the right.
An officer, while traveling north on Interstate 95, observed a 2003 Ford Focus swerving in its lane and passing vehicles on the exit ramp on the right side, police said. The vehicle was stopped on the exit ramp in close proximity to the Post Road, according to the report.
Dominguez was administered field sobriety tests, which he failed, said police.

Police also said Dominguez was the subject of a failure to appear warrant issued by state police Troop A.
He posted a $1,995 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, March 13, for the Darien charges and on Thursday, March 14, in Waterbury on the warrant.
