Twelve teenagers were charged on Friday, Dec. 14, with second-degree criminal trespassing in relation to a party thrown at a house currently up for sale.

Jordan Irizarry, 18, of 15 Patton Drive; Jesse Boardman, 18, of 12 Ettle Lane, Greenwich; John Romano, 17, of Lyndhurst, N.Y.; Malcolm Kiplinger, 18, of 7 Old Stone Road; Jeffery Higbee, 17, of 7 Reynolds Place, Greenwich, Giles Bonner, 18, of 3 Pritchard Lane, Westport, Kristin Amato, 18, of 28 Crossbridge Circle, Marlborough, Ryan Martin, 18, of 35 Cooked Mile Road, Robert Berisha, 18, of 5 Moore St.; James Reed, 18, of 1 Waring Lane; Kyle Mangan, 18, of 4 Nickerson Lane; and Christian Watson, 17, of 15 Patton Drive, were charged after police responded to an incident on Three Wells Lane involving "loud mufflers racing up and down the street."

When officers arrived at the residence, they observed several vehicles in the driveway, one of the them matching the description of a car possibly involved in the racing. Police said as officers approached the residence, individuals were seen running around inside and others exiting into a wooded area. Additionally, a ladder was observed placed in the area of a second-floor balcony, according to police.

Three people were found hiding in the woods and the others were in the basement of the home, according to police.

Martin, Watson and Mangan are also facing charges of possession of alcohol by a minor, according to police. Police said officers found two 30 packs of Natural Light beer in the basement.

Police said the teens were at the home for a party. The residence is for sale and none of those present had authorization to be there, but police said there was no evidence of forced entry.

All were issued a misdemeanor summons and released on a written promise to appear in court on Monday, Dec. 24.
