Tyler Curtis, 23, of Clock Lane, and Michael Juterbock, 23, of 170 Ridge Acres Road, were charged with possession of marijuana, intent to sell marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia May 31 at 4:40 p.m.

According to the report, Curtis drove through a seatbelt checkpoint on Old Kings Highway N. during a "Click it or Ticket" stop. An officer noticed neither he nor Juterbock were wearing seatbelts and went to write a ticket. As the officer approached the vehicle he smelled the odor of marijuana, according to the report. Police said both appeared nervous. Curtis admitted there might be something in the car and Juterbock told the officer he had a plastic bag in his waistband, the report stated.

Police searched Juterbock and found a bag with 7.6 grams of marijuana. They searched the car and found a glass jar with 11 individually wrapped bags of marijuana totalling 13.3 grams and a digital scale in the front compartment, police said.

Curtis was held on $10,000 bond, which was then reduced to a promise to appear. Juterbock posted a $900 bond.

Both are scheduled to appear in court June 10.
