Two students from Darien High School were recently honored at the Connecticut High School Arts Awards banquet.

The awardees are Jordan Cassetta, for visual arts, and Peter Traver, for music/performing arts

More than 140 high schools from throughout Connecticut were represented. The event featured guest speakers from the state Department of Education and the conductor of the Hartford Symphony, Edward Cumming.
