Vehicles robbed of minor items

A 1998 Nissan Maxima and a 2005 Subaru Forrester were burglarized Jan. 27 after a resident observed a white male looking into vehicles parked in the west Leroy Avenue parking lot, police said.

The resident reported the male at 10:40 p.m. after he heard a dark green Honda driving through the parking lot, police said. Both vehicles had the left passenger window broken with an unknown object, police said. A toiletries bag, valued at $100, was taken from the Nissan and a bag of clothes, valued at $50 was taken from the Subaru, police said.
