A former Greenwich woman charged in a Darien home invasion last year has been sentenced to eight years in jail.
Alexis Jordan, 23, now of Hamden, was sentenced by Judge Richard Comerford at state Superior Court in accordance with a plea agreement from last April. Jordan pleaded guilty to first- and third-degree burglary.
In exchange, Senior Assistant State’s Attorney James Bernardi dropped a home invasion charge after consulting the homeowner, whose Priscilla Road home Jordan broke into on Jan. 30, 2014. The woman said she was worried Jordan may have been facing too much time in jail for what she had done.
