A few spaces are available for "How to Paint: The Art of Technique" with Robert Baxter on Wednesday mornings at the RAC Art School. Baxter has been part of the New York area art community for many years. His paintings in both oil and watercolor have won the Paul Cezanne Medal, Aix-en-Provence, France; and awards from the American Watercolor Society, Allied Artists of America, National Academy of Design and Society of Illustrators.
