Play With Your Food opens its 16th season of Greenwich lunchtime theater on Wednesday and Thursday, Jan. 24-25January with plays read by professional actors, many of whom are from Broadway. The season runs through April.

PWYF will be hosted by the Greenwich Arts Council, catered by Meli Melo. Lunch is served at noon, followed by the playreadings and a discussion with the actors and director from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.

Featured will be Scott Mullen’s “The Sandbox,” Frank D. Gilroy’s “Getting In,” and Deborah Frockt’s “Hard-Boiled.”

The season also features readings at Toquet Hall in Westport (58 Post Road East), and at the Fairfield Theatre Company (70 Sanford Street).
